   Hello all,

   I want to alert you all to a recent injustice we wish to address… the
   continuing struggle for basic human rights in Ashland has become
   unacceptable. Our friend and fellow activist, Keith Haxton has been
   standing ground for the right to sleep and has been harassed and
   imprisoned for his actions.

   Some of us in the community are ready to say enough is enough and call on
   the city to live up to our values and Oregon law when it comes to the
   downtown sleeping ban.

   Please join us TONIGHT, May 4 at 7 PM for a FLASH NAP in the Downtown
   Plaza to help bring attention to this injustice. We will gather in
   nonviolent protest and occupy the space with our "sleeping" bodies do
   demonstrate our solidarity with those who have no other resources. Bring a
   blanket and a pillow and get ready to lie down on the plaza to show the
   city that turning homeless people into criminals is not an answer we will
   stand for.

   Also, come early downtown to the CASH MOB at 6 PM and help support locally
   owned business.
